POPLAR STUDIO
Poplar Studio is a platform that connects brands with AR and 3D content creators. Their project management tools and talent cloud make it easy for brands to create and deploy AR and 3D experiences across all channels.
As part of Poplar Studio's brand redesign, I brought their logo to life through a series of animated gifs and interactive 3D models. The flowing organic movement and translucent materials represent the flow of data and ideas on the platform.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
INTERACTIVE 3D MODELS
I designed and animated a series of interactive 3D models for various pages on the website. When the user hovers over the models, the objects move out of the way to reveal the unobstructed logo. To achieve this, I exported the 3D models as one .glb file with multiple embedded animations. This allows the developers to trigger a specific animation when the user's cursor enters, and leaves, the target area.
